Made-to-Order & Personalised Jewelry

At Antonio Amberes, each piece is carefully crafted specifically for the customer. Our jewelry involves a high level of craftsmanship and, in many cases, is made to order, personalised or produced specifically according to the customer's requirements.

Because production may begin specifically for your order, we do not generally accept returns, exchanges or cancellations once production has started.

Before placing an order, customers should carefully review the product details, specifications, measurements, materials and any personalised elements.

Before You Place Your Order

If you have any questions about a piece, including its size, design, materials, specifications or suitability for you, please contact us before placing your order.

Our team will be happy to provide additional information and assist you before production begins.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Cancellation requests can only be considered if production has not yet started. Once the piece has entered production, cancellation may no longer be possible due to the bespoke nature of the craftsmanship involved.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the made-to-order and personalised nature of our jewelry, returns and refunds are not generally accepted once production has started, except where required by applicable consumer law.

This policy is based on the fact that each piece may have been specifically crafted, modified or prepared for an individual customer and therefore may not be suitable for resale.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us before sending anything back.

Please email info@antonioamberes.com with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs of the piece and its packaging.

We will review the situation and advise you on the appropriate next steps.

Please do not return any item without contacting us first.

Ring Sizing

Because each piece is carefully crafted, customers are responsible for selecting the correct size before production.

If you are unsure about your ring size, please contact us before placing your order and we will be happy to assist you.

Any resizing request after delivery will be assessed individually and may involve additional costs.
