Refund policy

At www.antonioamberes.com, each piece of jewelry is crafted with meticulous care, 
from stone selection and setting to hand finishing by our skilled artisans. Because of 
the labor-intensive nature and the unique craftsmanship of our pieces, we are unable 
to offer cash refunds. 

All approved refunds will be issued exclusively as store credit, allowing you to select 
a future piece that brings you lasting joy. 

A. Eligibility for Store Credit 
Store credit may be offered only if an item arrives defective, damaged, or not of the 
quality expected. 
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the issue. 
Our team will review your request with care and provide store credit promptly upon 
approval.

B. Ring Resizing 
Rings may be eligible for one complimentary resize, subject to design and 
construction. 
 Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. 
 Certain designs, including custom, engraved, or eternity bands, may not be 
resizable. 
 Shipping for resizing is the responsibility of the customer unless the resize is 
required due to a manufacturing defect.

C. Non-Returnable Items 
The following are final sale due to hygiene, custom work, or the nature of their 
design: 
 Earrings or pierced jewelry 
 Custom or personalized pieces 
 Sale or promotional items 
 Gift cards

D. Condition of Items 
To qualify for store credit, items must be unused and unworn. Normal wear, 
accidental damage, or improper care is not considered a defect. 

E. Return ShippingFor approved returns or resizes, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated. We recommend using a trackable service for peace of mind.

 F. Agreement & Disputes 
By completing your purchase, you agree to this policy. Any disputes outside these 
terms may be contested.
